A: No. All sales are final. Once you have these amazing files they are your treasures to keep and use forever. 

Q: Do you sell the items already printed? 

A:  No. We only sell digital products, the rest is up to you. 

Q:  What do I do if my file won't download? 

A: Please refer to the contact info in your email. 

Q: Where do you recommend printing the files you sell?

A: We recommend using Vistaprint. Some items can be printed at your local print shop such as staples, kinkos, UPS store, etc. 

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: No, no at this time. But we are always open to new ideas so let us know if you have one!

Q: Does my purchase include updates or changes such as price changes, kit changes, etc.?

A: No. All sales are final and updates are not included.
